She has over 20 years of experience in real estate sales, development and construction. Her wealth of knowledge in local real estate trends, title and escrow as well as affordable housing is undeniably unique. With a long successful record of guiding clients through the process of renting, buying and selling, Violeta brings an invaluable perspective and ability to smoothly solve the most complicated transactions. Having focused the last 15 years exclusively in residential real estate sales in the South Bay, her expertise is second to none. She epitomizes integrity, hard work and creative service in every detail of a transaction.

Violeta is bilingual and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations with a secondary degree in Spanish from San Jose State University. She is a former board member of Sacred Heart Community Service, San Jose GI Forum and the National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates (NHORA). Currently she is an active volunteer at her daughter’s elementary school and on the board of the PTA. She is also a member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR), California Association of Realtors (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Devoted to her family, Violeta enjoys traveling, cooking and being outdoors with her husband and young daughter. As a native of San Jose she has dozens of extended family members and friends in the area with whom she spends her free time.
